Judy Bethge began her career as an assistant state’s attorney, eventually practicing in both the public and private sector. Judy is passionate about learning, teaching, and training others. In addition to her Juris Doctorate from the University of Illinois College of Law, Judy holds a Doctorate in Education from Liberty University. Her dissertation research focused on mindset and transformation. Judy’s focus is on coaching and equipping instructors to be as effective as possible in the learning environment. Judy presented at ILEETA 2014 with Roy Bethge on Instructor Development for the 21st Century and in 2017 at the International Association of Chiefs of Police. She has presented webinars on courageous leadership, feedback & questioning, and professional development for educators to maximize learning for 21st Century learners. Judy leads The Virtus Group team as President.
